What is it?

Wedding invitations designed by Loren Klein. These were actually for Loren Kleins wedding, which makes them extra special.

Comments:

I find these wedding invitations and merchandise very inspirational because this type of design really breaks out of the box most wedding invitation’s belong to. This wedding was pretty much branded by the designer, who did it in a quirky way that suited the rustic style wedding he was designing for.I love the use of the two colour’s throughout the design along with the simplistic approach to all of the components.

What is it?

Illustrations limited series and packaging design for Laken bottles by José Parra.  These illustrations have been elaborated for decorating six Laken bottles.

This packaging is designed for a collector limited concept. 

Comments:

I love these cute but scary illustrated characters the designer has created for the bottles. They are very unique and fit into the concept of being a “ limited edition” bottle well. What was most interesting to me is the way the addition of colour completely changed the images, the bold blocks of colour transformed them from hand drawn concepts into a strong design .
